By using the FitAbtal (فيت أبطال) app you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Your account

An account is required to use the app. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your sign-in method secure, and for all activity under your account.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the app for any unlawful purpose;
• attempt unauthorized access to the app, its servers, or other users’ accounts;
• intentionally disrupt, damage, or overload the service;
• copy, redistribute, or sell the app’s content without permission.

3. Health and medical disclaimer

The content in the app, including exercises and programs, is for general information only and is not medical advice. Consult your doctor before starting any exercise program, especially if you have a health condition or injury. Stop exercising immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, or shortness of breath. You exercise at your own risk.

4. Pro subscription

Core features are free; Pro is optional and available on iOS only. Purchases, payment, and renewals are handled by Apple under the App Store terms, and you manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings. Refund requests are subject to Apple’s policies.

5. Intellectual property

The app and its content, including the exercise library, videos, and designs, belong to FitAbtal. The data you enter, such as workout logs and measurements, remains yours, and you can export it at any time.

6. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the app available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may add, change, or remove features, and we may update these terms, changing the “Last updated” date above. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the revised terms.

7. Termination

You can stop using the app at any time and request deletion of your account via [email protected]. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

8. Limitation of liability

The app is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from its use.
